Return and Replacement Policy for MouthCAM

Returns and Refunds:

Due to the personal and hygienic nature of the MouthCAM, we do not accept returns for refunds. We understand the importance of maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and safety for our customers, and we cannot resell any product that has been in contact with an individual's mouth. This policy is in place to ensure the health and well-being of our customers.

Restocking Fee:

In cases where a return is accepted, a restocking fee of $25 will be applied. This fee covers the costs associated with handling and inspecting the returned product.

Defective or Non-Functioning Products:

In the rare event that you receive a MouthCAM that is not functioning properly or is defective, please contact our Customer Support Team within 7 days of receiving the product. We are committed to providing you with a high-quality product, and we will work diligently to resolve any issues promptly.

Replacement Policy:

If you receive a MouthCAM that is defective or not working as intended, we will provide a replacement for the product at no additional cost to you. To initiate the replacement process, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our Customer Support Team at support@dentulu.com within 7 days of receiving the defective product.

  2. Provide proof of purchase, a description of the issue, and any supporting photos or videos if necessary.

  3. Our Customer Support Team will guide you through the return process, which may involve returning the defective MouthCAM to us for inspection.

  4. Once we have verified the issue, we will ship a replacement MouthCAM to you promptly. You will receive a new, fully functional device.

Limitations:

Please note that this return/replacement policy is applicable only to MouthCAM products that are genuinely defective or non-functioning. We reserve the right to refuse replacement requests if the product has been misused, damaged, or shows signs of wear and tear. Additionally, this policy is only valid for the original purchaser who acquired the MouthCAM through our official sales channels.
